I have a series of charts on the same worksheet in excel.  Is there a way to
align them without having to drag them manually (like the function in
PowerPoint)?

Hi,

You can align the chartobjects easily enough using the Alignment options
on the Drawing toolbar. To select charts as objects rather than
activecharts hold the CTRL key when selecting the charts.

Is that the same method in powerpoint?

Align items within charts, such as plotarea, will require vba code.

Cheers
Andy

Brilliant!  Many thanks.  I knew there should be something, just didn't know
how to select them all at once.
