Guys,

I have an excel chart designed in Excel 2003 and worked great on all Excel
2003 machines when inserted into VB6 OLE control. When I have installed Excel
2007, Excel 2003 chart does not work anymore. If I set the OLE size property
to clip, OLE control simply shows very little of the chart on top left corner
of the control leaving the rest of the control blank. If I set the OLE
control size property to AUTOSIZE, it is ZOOMING the chart so big, it looks
ugly and does not fit in the OLE control on the VB6 form.

I really could use some help as I have already spent enough time to stress
myself with project deadline. So guys please help me out if you know what to
do!!

Thanks a lot

Hi Sri,

I don't have a definitive answer however I suspect that the problem is that
VB6 is not compatible with Excel 2007 file formats and the SmartArt features
of 2007 which are used by 2007 chart.  You might try keeping the file as a
2003 file (compatibility mode) and see what happens.
