Excel 2000 locks up when i click on chart wizard when I
am in a new blank workbook or a workbook that contains
numbers.  It closes and wants to send error report to
microsoft.  I have renamed mso9.dll and reinstalled
office package to no avail.  Any suggestions?

It may be that the file that contains user's customised charts,
XLUSRGAL.XLS, has become corrupted somehow.  Try searching the hard
disk for a file of that name and rename it to something else, then try
again.
