On a stacked column chart, where the legend is on the right. Is there anyway
to have the legend in reverse order from the order in which the bars are
stacked?

No easy way that I can think of.  You could always plot all the data
series twice, once in the desired order, then in the reverse order.
Delete the legend entries for the series in the desired order leaving
the entries only in reverse order.  Then, 'hide' all the series shown
in reverse order (double-click each series and from the Patterns tab
set both the Border and Area to None.  You may also consider moving the
reverse series onto the secondary axis, in which case you may not have
to change the Patterns setting.
