Auto-Color in Labels

Im trying to make a chart wich recognize a value from a data base and change
automatically the label's color depending if the value is positive or
negative. I mean; i'd like to be able to make that label (value) auto
formated as i can do in cells.

What kind of label?

You can make a chart with conditional formatting if you're clever with
formulas:
