I would like to know how you can edit the chart legend.
Have tried to double click and everything else, but
cannot change the legend.

Please help!

Within a legend, Excel distinguishes between the "Legend
Key" (the colored square or line, etc.), and the "Legend
Entry" (the text to the right of the line). Either can be
formatted. To format either one, click *once* on the
legend, then click *again* on either the "Legend Key"
or "Legend Entry" to isolate it. While it's selected, a
subsequent right-click will offer you respective
formatting options.

To change the displayed text, you must change the name of the series. To
hide an entry, select the legend (one single click), then the entry
itself (another single click on the text, not the colored symbol), and
press Delete. To change the order of the entries, you change the plot
order of the series, although there are severe limitations; certain
chart types in a combination chart always are listed ahead of others,
and changing the order in a stacked chart could completely change the
appearance of the chart.
