Charting

I have a universe chart - basically a floating-stacked-bar
chart that shows a colored sub-bar for each of four
quartiles.  There is one of these stacks of four bars for
each year across the x axis.  On each annual set of
floating stacked bars, I would also like to superimpose
two data points, perhaps one with a tiny diamond and the
other with a tiny circle.

Is there an automatic way to have the EXCEL chart deal
with this?  I know I could, year by year, paste a diamond
and circle in approximately the right places but this
manual method would be very cumbersome and would not work
for mass production.

Help, please!

Actually, I looked around and found MVP's Jon site and I think I figured it
out, so no need to answer right now!

Great site, Jon!
