How to determine time constant

I was wondering if there was a way to determine the time
constant of an exponential curve on chart.

You will need to tell us more. I am a chemist and my idea of "time constant"
may not match yours.
Tell us about your data. I expect a trendine or LOGEST formula is going to
be the answer.
