Can I find a circle around a star as a pattern for a legend key?

There are not many choices for legend key format. Where can I find more
patterns? And how to import them? Thanks!

You can create custom markers. There are instructions on Jon Peltier's

If you can make a shape that you like, you can use it as a data point marker:

  http://peltiertech.com/Excel/ChartsHowTo/CustomSeriesFormatting.html

They don't always look very good in the legend, because they are somewhat shrunken,
but they look fine on the chart.
