how do i add a trendline in Microsoft Works Spreadsheet 6.0?

i tried everything but i still cannot figure out how to
add a trendline (line of best fit) to my charts?

help is appreciated.

Maybe, Works doesn't support a trendline. Though,
microsoft.public.works.win or (.dos or .mac) may yield a more
authoritative answer.

on the menu, just do

Chart | Add trendline
