Symantec's latest Norton Antivirus update is the culprit. try http://service.symantec.com/fixit which redirects to http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/20 03081411062739?OpenDocument&src=ivr_na_con Symantec's Work-Around works but the system is still a bit slow. I disabled the office plug-in in NAV (Misc) and everything worked fine.
