"Program has performed illegal operation..."

While working in Excel 2000, if I don't save frequently
what I've typed in a sheet, invariably the error
message "Program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down" will appear and if I haven't saved
regularly every 10-15 rows or columns of info, it will be
lost and I have to shut down my computer and reboot every
time before restarting Excel.

Can anyone help me with this problem??

Two things I'd like to say:

1. Download my Autosafe from my website below

2. I strongly suspect your file contains a corruption. Check out the
