Always receive subject exception when launching excel 97.
I can sign-on as admin and excel launches correctly.  I
can sign-on and create new valid user profile and excel
launches correctly.  Problem seems to be in user profile.
What should I look for?

>additional info...  OS is NT 4.0 SP6.  I have uninstalled
and reinstalled Office and still fails.  XLStart had
several *.xlm files.  These were removed and excel still
fails to launch.
