XP Takes 60+ seconds to load a file to a gray screen

1. Tried disabling NAV, itself and the checking on the
options menu on the browser
2. "Ignore other applications" already unchecked
3. Loaded new cert
4. Repaired and reinstalled Office XP

Problem started about a week into 2004. Makes it
impossible to use with customers.

I also tried regserver option, still have same problem. Is
there a log file available when excel opens to track it's
activities?

Corrupt toolbar file Office10.xlb. Renamed it, everything
fine. Interesting that excel was creating an
unrecognizeable file in the same directory as Office10.xlb
every time I had tried to open excel. Can't tell what is
is.
