Rachel,
If the header is in row one then go to View/Header
Footer/Sheet. In the 'Rows to repeat at top" enter 1:1
and click OK. Now select the row to print and go to
File/Print and check Selection. When you print the Header
will print along with the selected row.

You will require a macro for this job. It needs to find
the field which is not empty or blank then refer to the
header for its title.
When the last title has been determined for that employee,
insert a page break.
If I have determined the requirements correctly, maybe you
could send me a dummy sheet (up to 1 mb) so I could write
