The AutoFilter appears to be on because the arrow of one
column is blue - however rows are black, not blue,
indicating rows are not filtered.  No dropdown box appears
when I click any of the AutoFilter column arrows.  Rows
are missing, indicating filter is active.  "Filter Mode"
appears in status bar.  How do I restore all the data &
unlock the AutoFilter?

Try unfreezing the panes? (Window>Unfreeze pane)
