To copy and paste a formula or drag a formula now only pastes the.

All of a sudden when I drag a formula, or copy and paste a formula, only the
value of the first cell is displayed, although the formula shows in the new
cells.  I have to actually click on F2 to activate the formula and have it
calculate the appropriate values.

How is calculation set? Tools>options>calculation
