How to delete extra pages in Excel with nothing on them but Header

I have an Excel document with 8 extra pages that I can only see in Print
Preview, but that only have the header and footer on them. They all print
every time and no amount of deleting gets rid of them. This has happenned to
me before in Excel and I'd really like to know what I am doing wrong.
