convert measurement's syntax

Please I need help,I want to use the convert measurement formulas.I tried :
 
                       =convert(68,"C","F")

in excel 2003  I got the wrong answer, but in excel 2000  I got the right
answer.Thank you very much for you help.

In Excel 2003  I got 154.4F.  Looks around right to me.  What did you get?
