I  have seen reference to this before.  You just have to reduce the number
of cell formats.  Less is better.  I have seen reference that the maximum
number of cell format is 4000, but you should be well short of that.

I am not sure what you are looking for.  Do you simply want a macro to blast
all your formats?  That can be done easily enough, though I am not sure that
is the best way to go.

Otherwise it is hard to design a macro without knowing your spreadsheet.

If you spreadsheet is well designed, there ought to be a lot of symmetry, so
once you format some cells, the rest go fairly quickly.
