How do I deal with repeated document corruption in the same Excel.

I have a relatively small and simple workbook that has now gone corrupted for
the third time.  It takes about 2 hours to replace all the formulae and
formats that get stripped in the recovery function.

This is intolerable!

I would suspect you need to get this out to a new workbook, not just rebuild
what you have.  It sound like perhaps a style is corrupt or similar which is
not being rectified by your 'formula/format' rebuild
