I keep getting an error message that says "Font limit exceeded".  Does anyone
know what that means and how do I fix it?  I only have one font in my work
book but, I have different sizes and colors.

And that is your problem, excel sees each of these as different, try cutting
down the font styles, bold italic, underline, size, etc.  A good way of
doing this is via the styles under the format menu.  New ones can be added
here and this will limit the number of variances
