When I double click to open the Exel 2002 program, the error message "(null)
is not a valid Win32 application" apeared.
What should I do? Please help me.
Many thanks.

I got the very same message. I have trouble even getting to the installation
and activation Wizzard to start set up for Office 2003. It took me 11 hours
to download the files! The folder says it is there, 200+ mb of info, yet
nothing when I click on the Office file. I got and email stating that my
trial has started. I can't even get the download to work. I wrote 2 emails
and no one has responded. If anyone can offer help, please get us out of this
frustrating mess!

Thanks!
