When I try to open a file in my work place, it took a long time( 3-4 minutes
)to do so. This happen regular but not all the time. All my windows are
up-to-date. Only 3 PC with the condition like this, the rest of my colleague
PC is working smoothly.

This could be due to a number of reasons : if your files are stored on a
central file server then it could just be pure congestion on the network.
Your office installation could be corrupt of their could be a communication
problem on either your network card or network cable.  Is it the same file
all the time or different ones?

Regards

Peter
