This is a recent error, not sure if I've hit a bug or some weird setting I
accidently turned on.  When I drag a formula down the sheet the value
displayed in the new cells stays the same as the original cell, but when you
click the formula bar, the formulas are correctly changed.  Only when I click
in the formula bar and then hit enter does the cell recalculate and display
the correct value.  This takes away all the benefit of dragging the formula
in the first place.  PLEASE HELP!
