MS Office Forum / Excel / Excel Errors / July 2006Excel 2003 is stuck in select mode
When I open my file, then click on a cell the curser is a "open plus sign". Excel then seams to be stuck highlighting, any where I move the curser it highlights and I can not get it to stop. I can not even get to the menus. Have to shut the program down with the Task Manager. I tried with a blank file and the same thing happened. I do not know what to try next. You'll have to become a mouse abuser!
