i load data in spreadsheet, but when i try to sort the rows alphabetically
the top one or two rows don't move. I have had this problem on multiple
versions of Excel.

If the top row does not sort, it is because Excel took it as a header row.
To sort this, click on Data|Sort, make sure that the option at the bottom
under My List Has "No Header Row" is ticked, and that you actually sort by a
column, before you click on OK
