why do I have trouble geting my mail

Right now my mail will not come in, if it does it wil take forever I wish I
could get a carrier that works, had the same trouble with outlook express,
what am I doing wrong/

Since you are asking in an Excel newsgroup, one can only surmise
that you are attempting to use Excel as an email program, and
what you are doing wrong is trying to use Excel for a purpose
that it was not designed to fulfill.

Strange in an Excel group, but check your anti-virus program or anti-spam,
much of these integrate to check mail and can stick.  This is particularly
an issue if you are using the Office 2007 beta and Norton anti-virus. While
you are running this. (That is until the beta expires or Norton release a
patch), you will need to remove office integrations in options in Norton
