Unable to open saved files (old & new) in word /exel 2007

Need Help!!!
After working with office beta 2007 for a while, i have last week installed
the T Refresh.
Since then i can not open any of my saved files which were saved using
Office 2007 before the refresh, nor can i open any new files saved after the
Refresh.

Error mesg... "the file is not available"

does anyone have a clue how to resolve this issue ????

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton
AutoProtect).  See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How

Thank you, was very helpful, tried ur suggestion and it works

Anyone with this problem this is how to do it:
Open Norton Sec. Cent. (2006), from the options drop down menu at the top
choose Norton Antivirus, then at the botom left click miscalaneous, and then
untick the second option on the menu "turn office plug in on"
