How to kill the Excel object from windows task manager?

Dear All,

I am not able to remove the excel object from windows task manager.Though I
used (.Quit) and (.Closed) method still it is not working.
Kindly plz help me and provied me the code for the same.
Hopw to get a positive response.

I normally find this is the order in which you close and release the
object/object variables. Perhaps we could help further if you post your code
