I'm trying to have two open spreadsheets side by side on the bottom of my
desktop computer.  When I open the second file, it is placed over the first
file, and I have to minimize the second file to get back to the first file.
How can I set up excel to have these two worksheets side by side on desktop?
Thanks.

In Excel 2002 or 2003, open the two spreadsheets, and click on Window |
Arrange | Vertical.

That worked.  Thanks.  I'd also like to have the two workbooks side by side
on the bottom toolbar.  How can I do that?

Tools | Options | View tab | check the "Windows in Taskbar" box | OK.
