Suzanne
It's a faulting add-in, not really Excel. You could try looking under
Tools>Add-ins... and uncheck all, restart Excel and if it goes away, add one
back at a time, re-starting Excel between each addition.
If it is not listed in the list or the above does not fix it, you should
contact your IT department or the vendors of the data download component
