Excel problem.
When opening the file on PC w W2K & O2K, no problem.
When opening the file on PC w XP & O2K the error was generated.  (Various
errors appear in file when viewed.)
When opening the file on PV w XP & O2003, no problem.

Is there an issue with XP & O2K?

(The O2K was updated completely after "digging" through the "unfriendly"
update method - digging through "old" files for udpates - finishing with
"normal" system after the "old updates" were installed.)

Thanks to anyone who can provide any assistance.

It seems that the file is damaged or something. There is a tool called
Advanced Excel Repair. I have used it to repair many corrupt Excel xls
files successfully. Its homepage is http://www.datanumen.com/aer/ You
can have a try if you need.
