I get an error when I open excel2007 "Instant Access not Enabled"

I installed Office 2007, now when I open excel I get an error message
" Unable to find Quit on the file menu. Instant Access not Enabled"
What is the problem please?

Hi,

Does this just happens to one excel file or any file? If just for one,
this file might be damaged. I think you can try a utility called
Advanced Excel Repair to repair your Excel xls file. It works rather
well for my corrupt Excel xls files. Its web address is http://www.datanumen.com/aer/
Or you may need to reinstall Excel.
