Hi, I am trying to open an Excel document in Windows XP (Office XP Professional) that was created on a Macintosh using OS 9 and Excel 97/98. The file is unrecognized, but can be (sort of) opened if I use the File Open Wizard and convert it using delimited width, although it removes all formatting and puts in a lot of extra characters and garbage. I need the file to open up relatively in the same way it looks on the Mac, because it has graphs in it.
Thanks so much,
Sarah

Try saving the file as an older Excel format (on the MAC).

There may also be a Save As option to let you save it as
a PC version of the file.
