Hello

In an existing or new workbook, as soon as I click a
cell,
the cursor is stuck and acts as if I'm holding down the
left button to highlight cells.

We have tried reinstalling, replacing the mouse,
rebooting the machine but nothing works.

thanks

It's a fault with the MS wheel mouse drivers.  Make sure you have the latest
ones and then re-install them
