EXXEL.exe has generated error

Hi all,
When i'm try copy and paste in Excel 2000 between 2 sheets
that i have, i'm receiving the following error:
"EXCEL.exe has generated error and will be closed by
Windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created."
Question 1: Anyone have some idea about this problem?
Questino 2: Where the log file is generate???

I've had the same thing happen to excel on windows xp. When it did I would
look for file excel.xlb, delete it and let excel create a new one. I'm now
encountering the same thing on windows 2000 and searched for the same xlb
with no results. Anyone know the fix for Win2000?
