Needed help with if function

I am newbie here and is having hard time in doing this.
I have an excel workbook which has two sheets Grp1 and Grp2
within these sheets i have unit and id columns, what I am trying to d
is find out the combination of unit and id column which is on Grp1 bu
not on Grp2 tab.
Could you all please help

Rule number 1...*never multipost*.  You only need to list your proble
one time, in one place.  Nothing is more frustrating to a responde
than to find out they have wasted their time because someone else ha
already answered your question in another location!
