Formula that sums the values if you have 2 criteria and 2 differe.

I need a formula that sums the values with 2 different criteria and 2
different look up ranges

=sumproduct(--(rng1=value1),--(rng2=value2),rng1)

will sum the values in rng1 where the two criteria match
