I Have two files that i need to compare?

I have 2 files i need to compare one is a file from our customers and one is
a file from our office but in their files are missing information which are
in our files how do i compare the two to show me the difference between the
two in  excel and they are not in the same order. Thank you! Need help ASAP
it's a 38,000.  line spreadsheet...

I don't think it can be done in Excel.

Import the files into ACCESS Database and it can be accomplished i
about 10 minutes
using the "UNMATCHED" query
