count if with two references

I would like to count the number of times “Digital Cable appears in the Data
input example listed below if “Digital Cable” falls within the date options
listed in the Summary.

For example I would like the total times “Digital Cable” is sold between
12/5 and 12/11.

Thanks for the help.
