multiple individual comments in one cell

is it possible to assign/enter several individual separate comments to a cell

No, you can only assign one comment field to a cell.  However, when you are
entering into the comment field you can change the size and shape of the
filed (by cliking and dragging on the edge of the field) and separate your
comments accross separate lines like a text document.  e.g.
1. xyz
2. abc
etc.
