surveying volumes

is there any program that will help me,?

Hi Ron.

What do you want the software to do?

It is relatively easy to calculate volumes of defined shapes using Excel for
appropriate readings: The formulae for the volume of regular solids can be
found online and translated into Excel Expressions.  

Otherwise you will need something more specialist - try searching for
"Surveying Software" on Google.  The first page gave some apparently useful
results.
