I have a spreadsheet that consists of 8 worksheets, each page is formulated
to transfer accumulated data to another sheet.  It is for statistics for a
club.  My questions is how do I transfer the worksheets and the formulas
without transfering the data?  I have tried to save as a new spreadsheet and
delete the numbers but that also deletes the formulas?   Help.

Try
Ctrl+G > Special > Constant and then heit delete.   this will clear only the
values not the formulas.
