how to get address of dependents

Hi,

in sheet SOURCE in a column A I have 268 nubers, which have dependents
to the sheet CODE. In sheet SOURCE in column B I need to get
information, what are dependents of the value in column A (their
addresses). I tried to use some info functions, but it was not good...
Any idea how to get them please?
