excel cannot accepted the password and finily cannot open file pz give the
suggestion file open asking to enter password

Microsoft and Excel have no provision for cracking Excel File to open passwords.

Easy enough to rermove internal protection passwords but a third-party
application is needed for File to open passwords.

Perhaps you could browse JE McGimpsey's site for hints.
