I have 50 employees listed and have columns that represent 6 different
skills. I want to generate a list of the employees that have a given
skill.
I am usually good at figuring this logic out , but am having a brain
cramp??

Hi Goodmike

Consider using Excel's autofilter feature:

   Data | Autofilter
