I have created a drop down menu in a cell and when I click on the info I want
in the drop down menu and I exit out and excel prompts me to save info I
click yes, however when I bring excel back up to look at the form again the
info in the drop down shows up breifly (2 sec.) than it dissapears.  Any
ideas!

Do you have any Workbook_Open code that clears that cell on opening of the
file?  To access that module (to see the code, if any), right-click on the
Excel icon to the left of the word File in the menu across the top of the
screen, and select View Code.  Post back and include that code.  HTH  Otto
