I am unable to print the gridlines when using excel spreadsheets .This is a
recent problem as they were printing ok. The box in page setup is ticked. Is
there another command that needs to be checked?

No, it's ok that way.

Try to update your printer's driver... Many printing problems can be solved
by updating the printer's driver...

Hope I helped you.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Gridlines only print when...

A.  the fill color of your cells are "no fill".  Any fill color will prevent
gridlines from printing.

or

B. you have manually selected a border for your cells.  This option will
allow for colored cells, and you don't need "print gridlines" selected.

Also make sure "Draft Quality" is not checked.
