I have a spreadsheet containing over 3000 lines of data. Looking through the
row numbers some rows are "missing". However, pointing the cursor over the
missing rows it is possible to expand out each row individually. So for
instance row 2110 is followed by row 3003. Using the cursor it is possible to
expand out row 3002 then to manually expand out row 3001 and so on down the
line. How can I do this manually. The Row Hide / Unhide command doesn't work.
Also all the row numbers along the left hand side of the spreadsheet are in
blue up to 3003 - from here on they are typed in the usual black/ Has anyone
seen this before?

The sheet is probably in filter mode (blue row headers)
Try clicking Data > Filter > Show All

It sounds as if you have a filter applied to one (or more) of the
columns. The arrow symbol at the top of the column will appear blue,
rather than black, so click on this symbol to get a pull-down list, and
from this list select All (the very first entry in the list).
Hope this helps.
